We had an amazing experience, Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He told us about each piece and made buying a ring a very positive and memorable experience. There is so much selection and so many price points to work in. Would highly recommend looking here for any jewelry piece!

My wife and I recently went to Fleetwood Jewellery to resize her wedding rings and we were blown away by the entire experience. The store itself is in a bit of a strange location but the staff member we dealt with was very friendly and made the entire process easy from beginning to end. They even expedited our order so we could get the rings back before our vacation, which was greatly appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable and the work done was top notch. We will definitely be going back here in the future. Highly recommended!

We designed our engagement ring at Fleetwood jewellery with their incredible team and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Since we got engaged we can't stop looking at the ring. Words can't describe how perfect it is. It is exactly what we dreamed of and so much more! We can't get over how stunning the setting is. The diamonds are spectacular, the shape of the centre stone is perfect. We are so overjoyed that this is our ring! It won't stop sparkling! We could go on and on about it. Fleetwood did such an incredible job and we couldn't be more thrilled. They made the process so fun and special from the get go. Their patience, creativity, expertise and attention to detail was exactly what we needed and we are so grateful that we were able to work with them to design the ring of our dreams. The Fleetwood's staff is one of a kind and it is their people that make the ring shopping experience a truly memorable one.

I recently received my custom made engagement ring from Fleetwood jewellery, and I was completely blown away!!! It turned out even more amazing than I could have ever imagined!! Ralph is not only very knowelagble, but also has a big heart...he actually cares about you and the ring that you will wearing. Thank you Ralph for the most beautiful ring I have ever seen!!

Nice customer service. I arrived without an appointment to have a piece looked at and they were able to fit me in. The assessor was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and he really knew his stuff. Comfortable leather chairs to sit in while the assessment happened infont of you. I was offered a fair offer for my piece and walked out with a check and deposited in the bank with no issues. I will definitely be back for my jewelry needs. Very unique selection of jewelry and I wish I had known about this place prior to purchasing our wedding rings.
