Went in to look at purchasing charms stood at counter for a good 15 minutes no one asked if I needed assistance, no one even came to the counter. Young sales assiciate was helping another customer near back while two other sales associates stood by talking to each other glancing at me once in awhile, So I gathered they didn't want my business and left.

4 sales associates and 1 customer in the store and as I walk in I'm rudely told to stand outside until someone is ready to serve me. No worries, I no longer need service, I won't be back.

WORST STORE EVER! I went in July to get my ring fixed as a stone came out & I am still under warranty. They told me that I have to wait until an order comes in which "won't be too long", & I had explained my warranty is up in November. I've gone in about five times & no one will help me, or send my ring to get fixed, or order a new ring for me, and said they would give an in-store credit but have to return my ring (it was a sentimental gift), & I would have to choose another ring. My warranty is now up in a couple days & no one has bothered to help me or care, or find any sort of solution, or simply just order me a new one when I am still under warranty. Very poor service, by management as well.

Brutal. Will NEVER shop at this location. Tried to return a $200 charm purchased at another store. Had original receipt, original packaging, and returning within the 30 day policy..... was told could only get an in-store credit… Unbelievable. 1 star rating is too much.
