Spence Diamonds

My wife and I had a great experience shopping at Spence. Our first trip was because my wife wanted to look at rings together before we got engaged. She thought it would be a more special experience to choose together. Spence turned out to be the perfect place to do that. It really is a much better experience to be able to freely pick them up and try them on without a salesperson constantly over your shoulder. We worked with Suzanne, who was helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic. She gave us space to figure out what band my wife liked best and then helped me to select the perfect diamond and finishing details. Since we had such a great experience the first time, we returned to purchase our wedding bands as well. I would recommend Spence and Suzanne to anyone, especially couples like my wife and I who want to share the experience of selecting a ring together.

We had a very pleasurable experience shopping for our wedding rings at Spence. Scott welcomed us when we walked in the door and was very patient while we took our time browsing through the large selection of styles available. Once my fiance and myself had both decided on rings that we liked Scott took the time to explain how diamonds are graded allowing us to look at different diamonds under a microscope. Scott and the front desk staff where very helpful through the whole experience. We couldn't be happier with our new wedding rings!

From the moment we walked into the store we were warmly welcomed and given water. The sales agent explained how their show case works, and it felt great to be able to try on the rings without having the sales person breathing down your back. If we had any questions they were answered promptly. Our sales person Tristan, helped us narrow down THE one and it felt very personal to get the diamond that fit our budget. Now I'm just waiting for the day I'll be proposed to ;) . I especially appreciated when he excused me from the room so that he could discuss pricing and payment with my boyfriend, as that's information I felt I didn't need to know. I was told to come to this store by my sister and best friend who both recently gotten engaged and they were absolutely right that this is the kind of service you just can't get at a regular jewelry store. As well, I'm a sales person myself and I'm very impressed with the customer service experience I received. Thanks Spence & Tristan :)

Shane was incredible to deal with. He made us a custom engagement ring that was better than we imagined it ever could be. He is so knowledgable and down to earth, and made the whole experience enjoyable for two people unfamiliar with the industry. He met with us numerous times, remembering our names and faces well, and made us feel like family. If you're in the market, ask for him when you go into Spence. You won't be disappointed!

Best customer service in the city for buying diamonds. Great selection and very helpful staff. You don't feel pressured into buying anything and the best part is you can pick everything up and try it without someone watching you like a hawk. I would recommend this place for any couple looking for rings together, and especially for men who want to surprise their lady with a ring but need some help.
