Visited the store spontaneously couple weeks ago with my girlfriend and was greeted by Eddie. We were suppose to be just looking around as my girlfriend found some interesting rings online. And Eddie store manager really took the time to show her each and every ring that my girlfriend saw online. Not only has he showed what she wanted to see, but he also showed her other options that he thinks she would like. And let alone walked out with a beautiful ring that we liked! Outstanding customer service, Eddie. We will be back again even if we live all the way up north and I see why you’re in a leadership role and I felt such great vibe being at the store from the associates and of course from you! Keep it up!
The workers at this location are unhelpful and often rude. I have had numerous experiences at this location where my service felt rushed and the worker was looking down on me even though I've been a serious buyer and walked out with products every time. One girl who helped me was abnormally rushed, dropped my box on the floor and then proceeded to drop it into the bag. She even forgot to provide a gift receipt after I had asked multiple times. I was the only customer in the store. I had purchased a ring, which I later asked to exchange as I realized I had gotten the wrong size. The man who helped me was extremely rude, and refused to exchange the ring as it looked like it had been used, although the person I had gifted it to only took it out once, and returned it back to me after I told her what size it was. He did not even ask if it had been used, he just said "so how long has she been wearing this ring", even though she would not have even been able to wear the ring because it was too small for her to even put on. I strongly dislike this location and will not be purchasing from here in the future. The staff at the other locations are friendlier, and are more considerate with their help.
Sadly a bad experience. I was attended by a gentleman who was helpful but I felt extremely rushed! I was there on a Wednesday evening and it’s not my fault if other people walked in after we did. He was much more concerned about who was next in line and eager to drop what I was asking for. I was a serious buyer and ended up spending $250 which he knew but didn’t care much. I didn’t feel satisfied and didn’t enjoy my experience at all. My gift could have been packaged better!
I came to get my bracelet and ring cleaned and they declined me as they said they don’t clean during holiday and was asked to comeback in the new year which is 2 days from now. Lol! There are 3 of them standing there and not a single customer. It takes about a minute to clean and i had explained to them i have little one and doesn’t always have time to go to the mall. I could understand if they are busy but there is no customer there but me.
If there is less than one star I will add. I had very bad experience in this store, the man who I talked with was very rude, dismissal and un respectful, I purchased a bracelet sometime ago and got broken last year, I went to replace it and he refused to help nor replace as his policy was not to do so for certain people that doesn't look like him, while a friend of mine was able to replace it in the same store with no issue. We purchased the bracelet almost same time and got broken same time, "coincidence ha", but she had someone was able to replace it without any issue but this guy refused and was respectful, and after I left he and the other lady was making fun of me and laughing. This store location have unprofessional unhelpful un-respectful team and I would not recommend it to any one.
Very happy with my Pandora bracelet. Victoria helped me trace down the charms I had seen online. I knew exactly what I wanted and she was able to swiftly help me out even with my mall gift cards thank you!!
Usually we had have excellent experiences at this location, my daughter buys a lot in the store. For her birthday a friend bought to her a ring that she already has, they went to change it and for my surprise the guy That was there gave them the worst treatment ever. At first he didn't want to change the ring because he said it was used, then he didn't want to help them to find a ring more or less for the same price and my daughter end up adding 25 dollars, it is really sad that they that young kids as if they where not clients, as I understand their money is the same as the other clients money. Really sad they made them feel really bad and sad the behavior
they ignore you when they know u need something cleaned and not gonna buy, they eventually did cleaned my bracelet for “30 seconds”
I purchased a charm for my mom. I didn’t know she had the same one already. She went to the store and brought both charms. The salesperson named Marianne, examined and cleaned the charm for five minutes while the store was busy. She told my mom “I think this charm has been used”. My mom thought by bringing both charm it would speed up the process instead she got humiliated. My mom told her “you can have the one on my bracelet instead”. She responded I just wanna make sure it’s clean.
Really unhelpful staff, does not understand your situation and talks down at you - very condescending. Wasn’t helpful at all when my ring had tarnished after 4 days and I wanted an exchange as it was defective. Horrible service and not helpful at all.
