Wonderful experience with Monica at Calgary Jewellery!! Together we designed a custom set engagement and wedding band. I know my girlfriend will be blown away when she sees the result of Monica's attention to detail and care.

Best jewelry store I've been to. I always work with Marcia but all the staff are friendly and helpful. She has helped me design some custom pieces that my wife loves. Prices are right for high quality stuff. Free parking behind the building. I will always choose this place over other big jewelry stores at the mall or elsewhere.

Beautiful jewellery, great customer service and always taken care of when we enter the store. We recently purchased our engagement and wedding rings here and their level of service was outstanding they made sure we were 100% happy in the end! My husband has been purchasing his Omega and various other quality watches from here for years and they never disappoint - highly recommend Calgary Jewellery!!

First of all, I would like to thank Melody the sales lady for doing a good job with us, within her control. I would like to say the quality of the rings & diamonds at Calgary Jewellery are by far much more superior from other jewellery stores we visited. I have rated this store only a 3 due to the customer service we received from the Manager. Long story short we had spent a significant amount of money over the last 5 weeks, including wedding bands (custom ordered) and an engagement ring, which was also custom ordered and a diamond which was shipped in as well (again the quality of the products were amazing). With this being said we felt that the manger did not take the time to come out and introduce herself and explain the store policy in regards to bringing the other ring in (cubic zirconia). We were in that day to pick up the final engagement ring, which was a special day after waiting 5 weeks and simply forgot to bring in the other ring in to return to the store. We could have had a wonderful day with the new ring and simply brought in the other one the next day, yet we had to leave behind the engagement ring and go all the way home to pick up the (cubic zirconia). Simply stated, the role of a manager is to welcome guests, introduce themselves and solve any issues the store may encounter. We felt after spending so much time there and a significant amount of money, the manager did not full fill her duties that day and should have come out of her office and talk to us in person. I would be happy to discuss this with her or even better with owner of the store if they would like to. Thank you - john
