Awesome, absolutely amazing people and I cannot thank Stan enough for all of his help. I had my wedding rings sized and can now wear them !!! Also hubby bought an fantabulous 40th anniversary ring from Ann Louise Jewelry Store Chinook Center, the most beautiful anniversary present 💝 ever!!! Thank you everyone, you did not rush me through anything and were most helpful, with amazing results. Thank you for your help.

Went to the store to purchase an engagement ring. The staff were disorganized considering how empty the store was. I ended up buying a ring and upon taking it home and looking at it more closely it had some discoloration already (second hand goods??). I tried to exchange the ring for a new one and dealt with a lot of pushback from the store. What a terrible experience!!! If you are going to make purchases from this store, please make sure any "savings" you receive are worth the terrible customer service you will have to endure if something does go wrong. Very sketchy store.

Had the experience of my life! Stan was absolutely professional, friendly and helpful with our wedding band. We had time and super good advises from Stan regarding size and comfort of wearing the band. 5 Stars

I would give zero stars if I could. Their rings are garbage and they don't back up their products. They charge for repairs yet the ring keeps losing diamonds and now that the "warranty" has run out they really want to charge. DO NOT SHOP HERE. RIP OFF ARTISTS

My brothers and I decided to pitch in and buy an overpriced Gucci watch for our mother's 50th birthday. Staff working that day were very friendly, but our mother ended up wanting to switch it up for a different coloured surface. She was given a new watch where a couple days later, the battery stopped working. She brought the watch back to the store to have it sent to the Gucci factory to get the battery replaced, and was told it would take two weeks. Returning in two weeks time, she was told that it was, for some reason, taking longer than usual. She got the watch back 5 weeks from the time she brought it in, and was told the watch had a defect where the battery connection was faulty and that they had to do a major rework on the watch. They refused to give a new one. So not only were we sold a faulty watch, when the watch came back, it had scratches on it. And when this was pointed out to the manager, his response was something along the lines of... all watches get scratched eventually. Thank you for creating more work for our busy mother and now every time she looks at this watch, she'll remember how foolish her children were in buying it from you.
