What started as a good experience ended up very horrible due to higher ups in the company. We purchased our wedding rings from this location. All the staff in the store front were incredible but unfortunately I was sold a faulty ring. After multiple attempts to have it fixed, I was told there was nothing that could be done. My ring cuts my other fingers from very sharp prongs. The manager of this location even admitted that she has this same ring and it also does the exact same thing to her, thus she doesn’t even wear it. She was in communication with the district manager trying to get an exchange for a better ring. In which his response multiples times was no. A ring that is supposed to symbolize such a special, important unity between my husband and I can’t even be worn and the company essentially told me they don’t care. All this company cares about is money, clearly, not an ounce of customer satisfaction. Save your money and go to places that actually value your business.

Wonderful experience at the store, my husband and I went in and Paulina helped us get everything we needed. She was very accommodating and kind, she made sure we got the best deal on our purchases. Overall great experience!
Went to order my ring online size 8 1/4 then it was stated that they offered it in Michael Hills chinook so I went to pick it up. When I got there it didn't fit well, but the lady said since it's hot outside maybe I'm just a little swollen, so I gave it a chance and took it home. Tried to return it in Michael Hills South centre because it still wasn't fitting well after trying again and found out that the size was actually only 7 1/2. I then tried to return it in Michael hills chinook on the 11th day since purchase and they won't take it back because they found scratches. How can there be scratches if it won't even fit my finger properly. Really bad experience.
After 2 attempts to replace a ruby that fell out / replacements didn’t color-match we received a replacement ring. Excellent customer service.
My mother purchased 2 rings, one for me and one for my sister, december of last year. My ring needed to be resized, so my mother left it there to be resized. They told her it would be ready by the middle to end of January. My mother went to pick up the ring and they said my ring was not yet resized and said they will just call my mother when its ready. I NEVER received any calls from them so my mom decided to call them and just to find out they didn’t resize it AT ALL. When she went back, they said it was because she never paid extra for it to be resized which they NEVER even mentioned to her before. Not only did they not mention it, but they were very rude to her when telling her. We decided to refund it and never go there again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone because of their abysmal customer service and I hope the manager reads this so they can restructure and strengthen their employees to have better customer service.
DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THIS PLACE! If you value your time and energy, do yourself a favor and never ever buy anything from here specially online. I placed an order online, they sold my order to someone else, they promised me I can pick it up from another store no problem, I go to a different store, they make me wait 30 minutes and make me pay again for an item I had already paid for, I call this store back, talk to the manager, she keeps talking over me and does not even listen to what I have to say. Disaster-piece!
We've had a ton of problem with this store with regards to my wife's wedding rings. Excuses after excuses and nothing seems to get the attention it deserves. Currently trying to call to check the status of my wife's ring inspection as its been over a week now. The phone has been ringing now for about 20 minutes and they are simply not picking up, when they do, they immediately hang up, I would like to believe that this is simply technology causing some issues but with every other experience we've had here, its just not believable. The store manager is terrible not to mention. Quite talented at rubbing a customer the wrong way. I've given this store 2 stars simply because Donna at this store is beyond fantastic. She's the only person I would even remotely deal with.
I cannot remember her name but earlier this year, maybe in May 2019, a tall older woman with light red hair with a bob cut helped my husband and I pick out a beautiful diamond halo sapphire teardrop-cut ring. She was very patient, gave us space, wasn't pushy, was soft spoken, and very understanding about pricing. She still works there, as we saw her at Chinook Mall last month. I would highly recommend speaking with her for a great experience. She's a very nice lady. Thank you!
I was waiting outside respectfully for someone to let me in although there was no customer inside at all. The East Indian look girl saw me waiting, and then she turned her back to me to ignore my existing. Finally the Asian salesman came to the front. I told him I was looking for a 1 carat or plus diamond ring, preferably catered so that I can pick my own certified diamond. I have done all my research, now I am just shopping around to find the best offer. Please just be honest if you rarely offered this high end products instead of playing snobbish, and lecturing me about the difference of diamond's certificates as if I hardly afford one. Unfortunately I never got a chance to be let in, and I could no longer bear their lousy attitude. I had to walk away. I have never experienced this extremely unprofessional customer service.
