Horrible customer service, my boyfriend and I walked in trying to find a similar ring from a picture and the sales guy was so nasty. he laughed in our face when i showed him what we were looking for within a reasonable budget. I found the ring that day, within budget, at another store in the mall where the jewelry consultants were actually willing to take the time and help us out.
