I just love so many things about Fitness 19. The staff, the wide variety of exercise machines and equipment to choose from & work with, as well as the price are just a few. Every time I walk into Fitness 19, I am super confident that the entire staff has my best interest at heart. Help is always available when I need it, and my personal trainer is the best. He is very kind, friendly, and patient when working with me. The equipment includes (but is not limited to) treadmills, elliptical machines, bicycles, circuit training, weights, kettle bells, various classes, and so much more. The prices and specials that are offered are unbeatable. I pay $8.00/mo, and just $21/session for working with a personal trainer, and right now, I am in the best shape of my life. Thank you Fitness 19.

I have been a member of this gym since it opened, and I have almost never been disappointed. I work out with a trainer three days a week and I am thrilled with Jack Lazerus's knowledge of individualized training techniques. He has focused on my "weak" or injured ligaments and muscles, while also spending time with the rest of my body. He has also advised me on nutrition, and came up with a very suitable diet for me.(that I actually would follow!)

If you are looking for a fancy gym with all the amenities, this is not the place for you. What you do get at Fitness 19 are all the weights, machines, bands, rollers etc. that you would ever need for a great exercise program. Every since Chrissy took over as manager, things have gotten even better. She has hired fabulous trainers who make it their business to know each person's name, making the gym a much friendlier place. The gym offers a great variety of classes throughout the day and night.

Throughout my 69 years I have been a member of several gyms. Although many have more bells and whistles, I would pick Fitness 19 over all of them if you are looking for a great workout!

Fitness 19 is a very fine gym establishment. It is perfect for meeting needs because first, it is close to home. Secondly they have fitness personal trainers available, which I have used on many occasions . The trainers are well qualified and address your individualized needs. Use of the gym is very reasonable , as is the fees for fitness trainers. Showers a are not available, but who needs them when you are close . There are changing rooms and kids room with sitter services at very reasonable fee. There is sufficient weight training equipment and plenty of cardio stuff. It is located in a small plaza , where a good variety of goods and services are near by, but never a problem finding close parking. Staff know their members are always friendly and accommodating.
