Very clean, staff is always smiling, friendly,, helpful, I enjoy going there.i have a handicap and they welcome me. Great place to go. And the price is excellent. If you need a place to go to, try here, you will really like it 😀

Great place that is definitely a full planet fitness experience. Total body enhancer, hydromassage bed, massage chairs, enough tanning beds for those girls who like to tan. Stretching area is petite and filled with workout benches and equipment. No real room for multiple people to stretch at a time. The lockers are also very short. If you have a large umbrella, leave it in the car because it might not fit. The bathrooms don't have seat covers, but are generally clean despite this. The overnight people are 50/50. The younger ones tend to stay at the counter. The older one tends to be gone most of the night. One day, I wanted to use the hydromassage bed and no one was around to activate it for me. Turns out, he was sitting behind the counter on one of the massage chairs on his phone. Not very cool. One last con is that the televisions are a bit small. Being nearsighted here isn't too great. Other than these things, the gym is great. The planet fitness is West Seneca does not come close because of the lack of black card membership benefits. This gym has everything for the black card member. Also, for basic members, the actual gym itself is great. Many of the same workout equipment so you don't have to wait for someone to finish and their self elevated leg lift/ab piece has the right padding for taller people (my back's not being stabbed by a metal piece).

I LOVE this gym!! Very clean, well laid out, friendly staff and I love the amenities that are included in we 20$/month package!! Numerous tanning booths, hydro therapy tables, massage chairs Just a great feel to it!

Go every morning, most days I get my favorite treadmill. Never feel out of place.
