I was a little hesitant about coming here because of the bad reviews I've read online but I thought this place was awesome. It had every single piece of equipment you'll ever need. Really cool and clean turf area. And it was very spacious. And I really liked that the dumbbell area and free weights were in a little space of their own away from the machines.

This is the worst Gym ever!! please don't waste your time and money the management sucks and he's a bully. The staff are unprofessional and unwilling to help you trust me when I say this. please don't waste your time☠️

We pay enough for a membership, I think that we deserve some free WiFi to be able to listen to Pandora or something.. otherwise gyms alot better then it was from best fitness.

Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful staff. I have never had a problem at any other of the catalyst locations. I was banned from this gym for "suspicion of training people" after being harassed while training with one of my close friends or family members. I was a member of this gym when it was best fitness, and have only had issues at this location. When the manager, Mike, called me and informed me that my membership was revolked, I asked why. He responded that I just looked sketchy. Outraged, I asked for his boss because he refused to listen to me. He said that was none of my business and said if I'm seen around the gym, they will phone the police, and hung up. Aside from my terrible experience, the environment is very negative. Staff always look upset and are uninviting. If you're looking for a friendly gym, keep looking. Save your time and money. I will be going to the better business bureau as well.

Higene is clearly a non issue with these people. KEEP YOUR SHOES ON!!! Its disgusting they allow people to walk around in socks and put their sweaty feet on the equipment we all pay to use. Disgusting. The turf now smells like an old sweaty shoe.
