Catalyst Fitness

I've been going to this location since it was Gold's gym. They have done a lot of updating, adding cross fit stations and more classes which is great but none of that applies to what I am there to do. The free weight space seems to get smaller with each "upgrade" they make. The showers are disgusting (tiles falling off the wall, handles and doors broken). Definitely not worth the $30 I pay a month. The staff here has always been great, especially Joanie.

Great facility! The equipment is really nice and the staff is friendly. If you are looking for a great trainer, I HIGHLY recommend Joshua and/or his TRX classes!! You won't be disappointed.

This is a great place to work out. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and there's a ton of options for training. Get a protein shake at the bar on your way out - easy and convenient!

Good gym. Provides a bar with a variety of drinks and protein shakes. Theres an area for all sorts of workout types. From yoga to extreme workouts

Plenty of equipment. Busy time seems to be between 5-8 PM, but the wait for equipment is negligible. Good variety. Juice bar, Aqua massage chairs, Sauna. All in all, I like it.
