Orangetheory Fitness

The workout is challenging. I appreciate that the coaches are patient and push me to do better. I was visiting from out of town, and attended a class at the Amherst location. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I love everything about the workouts! never the same, always challenging, coaches are the best! they keep you motivated and going when you are about to dial it down. They always have a way to modify a workout so no one is left behind. Since day one, I absolutely love the energy. Truly the BEST workout in 60 minutes!

Orange theory is the first workout gym/studio that has consistently challenged me and given results. The best part is that you have to schedule your workouts. And the workouts are different everyday and consistently challenging no matter your fitness level. The mix of cardio and resistance training has been fantastic for me producing consistent results. The trainers and staff have taken a personal interest in creating and environment that keeps me motivated for more.

Love Orangetheory Fitness!!! Have been going for over a year!! Feel stronger and more fit than I have in years!! Love the instructors!! They know how to truly motivate!!

Been a member for about a month and I couldn't be more happy with my time at Orange Theory. The staff is fantastic, supportive in getting you to your goals, and takes genuine interest in the members. Good for all fitness levels as well.
