This is a great gym that makes you feel at home on the first visit. If you are looking to join a new gym in the Williamsville area or are wanting to drop in, I highly recommend going to CrossFit Williamsville.

I dropped in for a WOD while I was in western New York, It was a FANTASTIC experience! Every member I met was welcoming and encouraging (with a smile, too). I appreciated how Rob structured the class time. It was great to see another box run the same as my "hometown" box. I would highly recommend Crossfit Williamsville. I look forward to seeing their new home next year when I return.

A place where you can work to find excellence within yourself with guidance from a coaching staff that invests in their members. Better movement = better quality of life.

Rob is a really great trainer who gives great attention to form and is never patronizing. I feel extremely safe and encouraged. The culture at this gym is amazing. I've been only three times and already feel like I'm one of the gang. .. And I'm already noticing benefits. There are muscles under this padding! I look forward to getting really fit and having even more fun. Rob please open an Elmwood village location!
