9Round East Amherst

I love this gym! It's a bit of a drive for me, but so worth it because I actually go. I have had memberships to cheaper gyms that were around the corner and I get a better value from 9Round. The workout is different every day and I don't have to figure out what I'm going to do when I get to the gym. I generally truly enjoy the workout (and when I don't...it still goes by really fast) and all the trainers are fantastic! I highly recommend giving it a try :)

I've done most gyms in the area, insanity training, and plyo workouts. I started at 9 rounds 18 months ago after an Achilles rupture, and by far the best workout I've had. Staff is great I get in and out quick And my body feels energized Also great opportunity to let out frustration of the day on a bag!

I have never looked forward to going to the gym until I joined 9Round. Very welcoming and motivational atmosphere, the trainers are amazing, and the gym is clean. The workouts are exciting and change daily. I never get bored, and I am always challenged. There isn't anything more satisfying than punching bags to release stress and energy. I love it!! And I always leave feeling amazing!

I enjoy the variety in the workouts and the personal attention given by the trainers. Each and every time you workout, the trainers are there to encourage and motivate you to do your best. Ali has a great staff. She, herself, is one of the best.

The best workout experience I've ever had! It's so much better than a normal gym, they always have a personal trainer to encourage and show you exactly what to do. I've been to other gyms but never had a clue what I was doing and didn't see results. Every single workout at 9Round consistently kicks my butt and leaves me drenched in sweat. If you have 30 minutes to spare I highly recommend signing up for the first free workout and I guarantee you will not be disappointed! It is the PERFECT gym!
