Reviews

Confirmed that this location no longer exists. As mentioned in another review, the website lets you book to this location, however it has been closed for a while. Calling the reservation number from Discount's site confirmed it. They were able to transfer the reserved truck to the Bells Corner location without any issues, however I wouldn't have known had I not found the earlier review here. One star for extremely poor management, not quite enough for a second star for it not being a total loss.

Avoid dealing with this company. They will lie to you and then leave you with no vehicle at the last minute.

I reserved a cargo van at this location and when I showed up, found out the location had closed months ago and I was left stranded without a vehicle. I called the nearest other discount office and they initially said they would bring me to their office to get a van, but then they changed their minds. Turns out they didn't have a van either and they also refused to pick me up; leaving me stranded out at the Palladium auto park; I had to take a taxi home.

My insurance company gave me the choice between Discount Car rentals and Enterprise. I went with Enterprise last time so decided to try Discount this time, big mistake. I made an appointment for their shuttle to pick me up at where I work and they were an hour and a half late. I called multiple times while waiting and each time they insisted that the drive would be there "soon". I've never had this problem with Enterprise. 
All they offer me after showing up late was cheap meaningless apologies.
Long story short, if your insurance company gave you a choice between Discount and another rental company, go with the other one.

FYI, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST, you can book at this location, get a confirmation at this location, but the van or car wont be there when you show up.

Reserved a truck on two different occasions  , never had it the days I went to pick it up. Stay away!!!!
