Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was actually my second time trying Enterprise. I chose this location because it looked nice and had a good selection of vehicles, but I saw the reviews weren’t that great. I booked a premium SUV about a month in advance, and honestly, some of the reviews had me worried! To be sure, I called them to confirm that I’d get the right car, and they said it was all set. On the day of pickup, I arrived about 40 minutes early, and the whole process was impressively quick. Moe K. helped me with the car — they gave me a brand new 2026 Mercedes GLE with only 40 km on it! Moe was really helpful in explaining everything. The car itself was excellent. When I returned it, Moe checked the car for me, was super friendly, and even offered me a ride back home. Highly recommended, and big kudos to Moe K. for making the experience great!

I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Palladium. The process was easy and fast from start to finish. The staff were professional, courteous, and made sure everything was smooth and hassle-free. The car was clean and in excellent condition, and both check-out and return were quick and efficient. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free rental!

Did a last minute decision to rent a car to head to the Blue Jays playoff games, and rented here. From stepping in the door, the service, assistance and attitude was nothing short of amazing. Friendly smiling faces greeted me, and we're extremely helpful. I was even treated to an upgrade. On return, again, the whole staff was very accommodating and extremely efficient. Would recommend this location in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work Enterprise!

The car and the customer service were great, but I was accidentally charged for one extra day even though before picking up the car I had confirmed the amount. Again, the employees were great resolving this issue, but please check your invoice to make sure this does not happen to you when you return your car. Thanks god I checked the final invoice.

I rented a car from here while my car was in for repairs, and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. The rental got a flat tire and I was able to swap it out for a new one seamlessly in less than half an hour. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. Highly recommended.
