Dr Uche Uguekwe has been my family Dr for almost 10 years, and he is amazing! He’s very kind, and listens very attentively whenever I have health concerns I need help sorting out. I also recently saw Dr Ratimi Aikanbu spelling?, because Dr Uche was on vacation, and he too was amazing. Very kind and empathetic, and he too was very attentive to what my needs were, and met them above and beyond my expectations. Reception was lovely! This was my first appointment at this location since the DX Medical centre moved from the 51avenue location. I wasn’t looking forward to the long drive, but I got there easily on the Henday, and the travel time wasn’t too bad.

Dr. Rotimi akinbinu is a very rude and impatient doctor.nWe went in on Friday to get swabbed for suspected strep throat. Came back Saturday and the results weren't in, but got examined. Dr. Rotimi told us it's likely flu and tough it out, but they'll call us with the results. He told us to be quiet in the exam when we were talking to and explaining things to our son and answering his questions. We followed up Tuesday after not hearing back and went in for confirmed Strep. No apology, or acknowledgement when we mentioned we never heard back. Told us again to keep conversation down when explaining things to our son. I could understand if we were being loud, or having unrelated conversations, but I should not be told to stop talking while answering my kids questions to keep him comfortable in the doctors office. Did not ask my husband if he has any allergies before handing him his prescriptions.nOnly saving grace here is the kindness of the front staff.

Had a referral from another Dr to see someone here. Clinic called me to set up the appointment. Upon arrival in early October, staff was friendly and pleasant, and were again when booking a follow up appointment. No concerns.

I would like to provide feedback regarding Dr. Vincent. In my experience, he has been unprofessional and rude. He often relies on Google during consultations , medicinesnand does not clearly explain the details of my reports. When I ask questions, he simply tells me to “go and Google it.” If patients are expected to search for medical information themselves, it raises concerns about the purpose of seeing a doctor. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of care.

The biggest drawback of this clinic is the front desk staff. They come across as unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming—almost as if they’re doing you a favor by assisting you. Phone calls are rarely answered, and when they are, the attitude is consistently dismissive. While Dr. Sayers is excellent and the only redeeming quality of this place, it’s simply not worth traveling across town only to be treated poorly by the reception team. I recommend looking for care elsewhere.
