I had an excellent experience at this clinic from start to finish. The front desk staff that works during weekends were welcoming, friendly, and efficient, making check-in a breeze. They were also very helpful in answering my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The doctors were equally impressive, Saw Dr. Khalid - very knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident in the care I received. I highly recommend this clinic for both its outstanding front desk service and top-notch medical team!

Long time customer. They have been good to my family and myself. Bianca at the front desk and Mahdieh in the pharmacy have always been very helpful, as well as everyone else.nnThe system is hard on everyone, but the people who work here that I have interacted with have shown me they care.

Used to be able to get an appointment right away, used to be able to talk to a doctor for longer than ten minutes. Something has changed this past year and it isn't good. Double triple and quadruple booking isn't fair to the patients. I hope things change back soon. Also doctors are supposed to listen and not make their patients cry every time they visit.

Dr. Ravini is very pleasant with excellent bedside manner. She doesn't rush and is always engaged in conversations to fully understand the patient's needs. She explains all findings in great detail. She is very knowledgeable and the best family doctor we've had.

We scheduled a meet and greet with a new family doctor and it took us 7 weeks to get an appointment. When we arrived 15 minutes early as requested we ended up waiting for 90 minutes before we finally had to give up. We have a 15 month old who can't sit still for that long. 90 minutes might be a reasonable wait for a walk in but with an appointment? Totally unacceptable.
