MIC Medical Imaging - Namao 160

I was there Thursday and Friday last week dealing with appointments for myself and family members. I was mortified that while I was waiting to be taken in a co worker came out and called the reception girls useless! Awful! Their poor faces said it all.nOn a side note the one blonde receptionist with her hair on top of her head is always snotty and unwelcoming, I’ve had to unfortunately deal with her before. The other receptionist that was in the middle with long hair was so nice and patient with me and helped me book more appointments and explained them to me. She was very compassionate, think her names started with an L. And when she took me back she actually explain how to wear the gown and I was much more comfortable. The blonde receptionist has never done this and I’m always left feeling like an idiot. I would recommend namao if you go to the middle receptionist. Overall all my exams and family exams were done well. Thank you

Have had great experiences at this location….the receptionists and technicians are very friendly, very competent, very professional and make you feel very comfortable. There is ample parking at this location and my wait time was minimal - all added up to a positive experience! Thank you!

Brought my dad here for a ultrasound on his bladder and kidneys and everything went well. The facility is modern and easy to access and get around in. It’s clean and well lit. My dads ultrasound tech was friendly and courteous, she made him feel comfortable. The experience was good

March 28, 2024, Ultrasound and Xray, easy to call and schedule an appointment. The wait is reasonable less than 10 minutes, the two technicians super friendly and I felt I wasn’t just a piece of meat for them to work with. The receptionists were very courteous and quickly acknowledged my presence, giving me the feeling that I am being respected and I am important to them.nThe only suggestion I can come up with is that it’s a big centre and the waiting room is very small and very few seats.. ?? Six ?? Maybe, placed so close to each other that I felt uncomfortable sitting so close to strangers. I understand their efficiency, thus no need of extra large waiting area, yet it could be arranged to protect each other personal space.

Connie did a phenomenal job at my ultrasound . She was quick , informative and very personable, Definitely recommend her !
