Days Inn Stouffville

The hotel itself was of standard quality. Nothing fancy. Exactly what you expect from a Days Inn but the customer service was absolutely great. I am so impressed with the staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing no lift😂

Great stay at the hotel. Room was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly. The location is amazing because it is really close to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch

Combine questionable cleanliness, too small towels, a lousy breakfast consisting of stale (hard) bread, watered down maple syrup for waffles and cookies(?) And a 32 inch tv with 24 inch display and this hotel is disproportionately priced. I like Days Inns... this felt like a Motel 6.

Cockroach infestation, pubic hairs all over bedsheets and the bathroom floor, depressing decor, unhappy staff, piss poor customer service, rooms had an over all stale smell like they get cleaned once a month, the pathetic excuse for breakfast was pretty much inedible. I imagine this is what a stay in hell would be like Judging by the management's other replies they will probably accuse me of lying. Further proof of thier horrific customer service. Advice to them - please get out of hospitality entirely Update: As predicted, the management as decided to take 0 responsibility and accused me of spamming and slander when this is my only review that I posted for them. This place is a joke. Instead of lashing out at everyone here, please take the feedback seriously and apply it accordingly to your disgusting excuse for a hotel The only false reviews here are the ones with 5 stars because it's left by ppl with only one review in thier history. If you're going to make up a name atleast come up with something better than "Denial Chung"

Nice place and friendly staff! The room was clean and tidy; as advertised, and no complaints on my end! Keep up the great work!
