Amanda's B & B

Exeptionally poor business practice and customer service - you will be charged half of the room price immediately upon booking but will not be refunded even if the booking is cancelled several weeks in advance. The owner emailed saying that there is a “free cancellation period”, however it is contradicted by the fine print after making the booking that “50% of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking”. It took three days of calling and emails to even receive a response to the cancellation. Do not support this business. There are better places in the area.

Quaint little B&B. Amanda and her husband were great hosts. My daughter and I spent 4 nights here in August 2017.

Amanda was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was provided.

The king room was very luxurious! It has quite a homely feel - kind of like an Airbnb. The included breakfast had a good selection of food and was available until 10.30. It's a bit of drive from the main city district of Toronto, but I think it was worth it.
