The only store where the ride matters more than the profit. These are dying institutions, support cyclists and cycling, and not just capitalists, get some POWER in your ride!!!

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Mr. Ken Powers, the proprietor, has one of the best cycle repair/sales establishments in Ottawa

Rude, presumptuous, arrogant ... won't be back even though tune-ups are supposedly free ... Took bike for tuneup including chain repair and replacement of back tire. Road away after tune-up/repair and chain broke within 100 yards. Returned bike ... they replaced chain ... charged for new chain $25. I suggested that they discount the new chain price by the $5.50 they charged for the link to repair old chain. Rolled eyes and said fine, and then proceed to inform me that payment by credit card was so passé. Checked bill after the fact and still charged me the $25 for the chain.
