Such a great experience! Had an issue with my chain, and took it to another place first. They told me it would be a 2 week wait, and likely require multiple part replacement. Took it to Cyco’s just hoping for service sometime this week, and they had it fixed in

Just picked up my wife and I’s bikes from a tune up and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The service is was excellent, the staff were nice and courteous. The prices seem completely reasonable. We will definitely return for all our bike needs. We also rented skates in the winter for the Rideau Canal, which again was reasonably priced with great friendly service.

Great service at reasonable prices. I’ve been there many times to fix my bike. Today they took off a part that was really rusty and stuck for free.

Went in and it took like 10 minutes to fix my bike, everyone was super friendly, very good prices! Thanks again,

Didn't buy a bike here, but stopped in when my chain broke nearby. The place was busy, but they squeezed me in right away. Then let me pay with debit transfer from my phone when I realized I didn't have my wallet. And finally, let me wash the chain grease off my hands at their cleanup station. THIS is why you don't buy a bike from a department store.
