I had a scheduled appointment to have my bike tube replaced. Showed up 6 hours later and it hadn’t even been touched. Then had to wait 30 minutes while they rushed through it. In the rush they put my back tire on crooked and it is rubbing so badly on the frame that trying to roll my bike proves to be difficult and often is enough friction to cause the wheel to skid instead of roll. Unfortunately I trusted their work and loaded it on my car ready for the long weekend and didn’t find the problem until I was ready to ride far away from my tools. Only upside is that I got a lot more exercise. Guess I will wait and see if the owner wants to offer a free tune up or other services to compensate.

Great experience at Tall Tree Cycles - the store was closed when I showed up with my flat tire in the rain. They took me in anyway and fixed it pronto, good price. Thank you!
