Left skis for adjustment and they forgot it. They got me wait when I arrived for pick up. How come they forget this. But they were so kind anyways.

I'm terrible with names but I showed up a half hour before close this past Wednesday and the only employee there (Ryan perhaps?) was super helpful - we chatted until closing hours about new developments in snowboards, boots, bindings - he had a lot to say even about companies that aren't carried by Kunstadt. I know snowboards - and so did he - not often do you get non-pushy sales people who know their stuff. Great experience.

Finally a bike store that doesn't make me feel like I'm in the wrong place! No  elitists here. Eric was fantastic as was a very helpful ginger haired lady. (So sorry I cannot rememer your name) found my home bike shop finally.
