Great bike shop.  Super involved in local events and sponsorships too.  And of course lots of super pretty bikes to dream about in store.

I had my bike serviced here in the summer. Unlike a lot of places, you have to book a service appointment ahead of time. I dropped my bike off in the morning, and it was ready that afternoon. They did a great job tuning it up, and it rides like new.

This is a fabulous bike shop. They sell everything from race bikes  to commuter bikes to kids bikes. So everything from wicker baskets to carbon bottle cages.

But what sets them apart is that their staff listen to you and work with you to figure out the right solution for whatever you need. They won't up-sell you, they won't fill you full of rubbish about 'lighter, stiffer, more compliant' etc etc.

And they stand by their product. If your bike starts squeaking or needs an adjustment you can bring it back repeatedly and they'll do it. Mostly on the spot. 

They're big into racing -- they sponsor a team -- but they are equally there for the kick stand and handlebar bag crowd.

Can't say enough about this place.

Would give them 6 stars if I could.  Good customer service; called in the morning for a small fix, brought in the bike at lunch and had it back out in 15 minutes, no charge.  I'll be back to buy socks, they have a dope selection.  Lastly, they have a cute dog (shih Tzu?) that if you start petting, will follow you around, greatest addition to a bike store ever (not sure if it's always there).
