It's like the Apple Store of bicycles. Nice modern and spacious layout. Friendly staff who knows their stuff. Worth the visit!

Long delays for their repair shop. Despite it being a couple months into the riding season they still have a 3 week wait for a minor tune-up. I have had major overhauls done elsewhere earlier in the season within a weeks time. They need to find a way to reduce wait times.

If you are looking for an honest no pressure experience when shopping, buying a bike or accessories or just to shoot the breeze with knowledgeable helpful people this is the store to go to. I have known the owner for several years and find him and his staff are there to help you into the world of cycling and make your future rides fun. They promote safe cycling and offer group rides from the Orleans store. Shop around but you will find yourself coming back here to complete your deals.
