Notre mission est de faciliter et favoriser la pratique du cyclisme en Outaouais en offrant un service mécanique courtois et fiable ainsi qu'une gamme de produit répondant aux besoins du cycliste débutant à expert.

I am so incredibly impressed with the service they offer. I am over 4 hours away from the shop and they were able to ship my new bike out sooner than expected as well as stay in close contact with updates. Over all the service and customer service has been a great experience I will be recommending this shop to all my friends for parts!
I came in with two 20 inch wheels that needed to be rebuilt and some questions about a project. I was told that they could order the spokes for the wheels but I would take some time. They answered all my questions and told me of a shop that would be better able to help me with my 20inch wheels. They get top marks for this. I’ll go back here because even if they can’t always do the work on my complicated cargo bike I never feel like it’s a wasted trip.
I ordered a bike this April right during the busiest time of the year. They built it super fast and I was on the trails in just over a week! The bike was greased and oiled nicely and put together with no issues! They even let me use a tork wrench so I could fit it in my car. They had everything setup outdoors to be safe with covid too. Good experience!
By far the best selection of bikes in stock in the region. Staff were super-friendly, helpful, and offered useful advice while I test rode a few different mountain bikes before buying one. The bike I bought was set up perfectly. Extremely happy with the new bike!
Wanted to buy 2 helmets, but the checkout staff had zero sense of who wanted to discuss bike matters vs those who quickly wanted to buy and leave. I waited in line for 10 min and was never acknowledged. The helmets were put on their checkout counter and I left. If that's what they consider good customer service then they truly need to review their sales practices or hire more attune staff.
Terrible customer service. Sent my bike in for a check-up and they never got back to me. I called the store and the employee was ignorant with me. Very unprofessional.
I broke a spoke on my rear wheel of my Giant bike and took the wheel in for repair. Excellent friendly staff helped me and they confirmed that they had the spoke in stock. I had anticipated it would be up to two weeks but to my surprise it was ready in under 4 days. Great service and at a reasonable price. If you need service or looking for a bike, check these guys out.
I came in knowing what bike I wanted. I received quick professional service and they made sure I could try it. They fine tuned everything before I left with it. I love my new Norco Indie 3 XL.
Been going to another store up the road waiting about 2 weeks for a bike tune up and repair, then was told it would be 3 more months for a backordered part so I came here instead of waiting. These guys were able to get me rolling again in about 20 minutes, simple. I also bought a bike rack here as the previous store also didn't have any racks available. This store seems to have alot more stock and bike mechanics available. They even rent a building next to them where they got the rack for me and inside this extra building I saw they had 3 more bike technicians working not to mention all bike technicians working inside the main building. The staff seemed knowledgeable as they also didn't have the part but gave me another better fix solution that costed exactly the same as the repair would've.
FANTASTIC SERVICE !! Called couple of months ago looking for a MTB. Velozophie took my name, never asked for a deposit great way to do business and called me last week when other stores have no inventory. Went, pick up the bike and they helped me to get some accessories. THANKS to ALL staff at Velozophie for the great service. BTW, I prefer to visit a store were I can browse the inventory by myself without the staff following me around. So if you are looking for a bike, Velozophie has a great inventory. Cheers
