Telus Health provides very poor customer service. It's definitely not worth the money. I brought this to them probably six times to 5+ people, but it was so difficult to deal with them and they didn't' want to solve the problems. Once they explained the service level because they work like an "insurance company". What a unfortunate comparison.
4 different doctors assigned to my family over approx 4 years and no actual doctor for 4 months and counting. Poor administrative support by mixing up appoitment dates and times. Poor follow-up on on ongoing health issues. We were happier with a regular doctor's office and not have to pay $800 a month for a fancy Telus office.
I’ve been with this clinic for quite some time and I’ve never experienced any issues…. Until Telus came into the picture. Now there’s poor communication between clients/patients, doctors, and front desk. Just poor service overall and I’m very disappointed.
I used to think that Canada maintained a 1-tier medical system where it offers universal access.. This clinic seems to have found a way around that system by rejecting you unless you pay for the annual package they have. I am all for having a 2-tier system, but since we do not have one, I find it really awkward that such an operation is even allowed to operate in Canada! I clearly asked if I can see a family doctor and was told that I cannot do that unless I have the annual package with them!!
Telus has destroyed this once great service.
