To enhance the resiliency and well-being of children by involving them in high quality prevention-focused mentoring programs and actively seeking to positively influence policies and programs that affect children's social and emotional development.
Big Brothers Program
Spend 2-4 hours of guy time once a week for a minimum of 1 year with a boy aged 7-14 who could benefit from having a positive male role model. Go hiking, biking, rock climbing or just kick a soccer ball around. (Open to men aged 18 years or older)
In-School Mentoring Program - Not just for the boys!
Spend 1 hour, once a week with a boy or girls at a nearby elementary school. Play games, do arts and crafts, shoot hoops or just hang out on the playground. (Open to men and women aged 18 years or older)
Game On Program
Spend 2 hours once a week for 8 weeks facilitating group programming around nutrition, fitness, and self-esteem, to a group of 10 boys (grades 2-6), while having fun! (Open to men aged 18 years or older)
