Service was exceptional, and the staff were really tremendous. There was an issue with the Booking.com reservation, totally not the hotel's fault at all, but they still made it right for us. Excellent customer service.nnThe morning breakfast was great. Sausages and eggs with an assortment of ceraps, yogurts, muffins, and breads.nnWill be staying here again.

I'm pretty picky about staying at places. I've always had good luck at Comfort Inn so I gave this a try and I will definitely return.nn-very clean and maintained, nothing brokennn-it was mid-week so noise was never an issuenn- I'm not a breakfast eater but they had a lot of options and the waffle maker is a plus for those who eat larger breakfastsnnDefinitely recommend and will return

Room is clean, service is good, swimming pool makes kid very happy, breakfast is good enough, if can have veggies will be perfect. Housekeepers are friendly and helpful. Eisa, the receptionist, is really helpful to change the room for us when I went to the front desk to request changing the room for the noise of the AC and the traffic, he coordinated very quickly and moved us to another quieter room. Give him 5 stars .

The hotel has an indoor pool. It's definitely a popular place for people to bring the kids to escape the cold winter days.nThe breakfast area was packed unfortunately we weren't able to get anything . The room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

This was a good hotel, I have no complaints about the service, they have free complementary breakfast which is nice, the room I stayed at was nice and the pool was actually pretty good as well.nnIt’s located close to Chinook Centre which is convenient if you want to do shopping in Calgary and it’s not too far away from Downtown either, it’s also located fairly close to a train station so this hotel has fairly good access to public transit, and there’s a bus route in front of it too.
