I try to stay here when I am in Calgary. They have good rates. Front desk staff is very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, a bit pricey but definitely worth it. They made me a fresh omelette on the spot. Great food. The pub is quant and the alcohol specials and food specials are well worth it. New special everyday. The rooms have a real size tv ,lol it has to be a 55 in I believe. I like the rain shower head and as well as a removable wand. The beds are comfy and room service is prompt. Easy access off deerfoot trail and easy access to Glenmore trail. All in all affordable and worth it.
Room was very nice, bathroom and shower were clean and nice set up. Rooms are not very sound proof but luckily other guests in the area were quiet enough that we were not disturbed during the night.nnFront desk attendants were professional but not very friendly. We checked in around 9 pm and checked out around 9am. They did not ask how anything was or if we needed anything. Just did the minimum required. Other than that you get a nice room for what you pay for.
I have been coming here to Hotel Blackfoot for years!nI find the location is perfect and close enough to all the places I want to go.nFor me, it has a lot of good memories of being here with my parents and enjoying Calgary.nAs for quiet, I usually stay on the 6th or 7th floor, as those levels are quiet which I very much value.nThe food gets mixed reviews, sometimes good and sometimes okay.nOther than that, I very much enjoy staying there.
A clean and a bit older hotel. It does get busy with either concerts, shows or students coming here for their sports tournament. Didn't have any issues here, can seem a little dark inside but it had everything one needs for a good night's rest. The breakfast buffet was decent - had the hot foods and healthy option. Not a bad place to stay if you're not expecting much but a good rest.
Hotel Blackfoot has been one of my go-to hotels in Calgary for years, and for good reason. Every stay has been consistently reliable, comfortable, and professionally handled from check-in to check-out.nnThe rooms are always clean, well maintained, and quiet — exactly what you want after a long day. The beds are comfortable, the showers have good water pressure, and everything in the room works the way it should. Housekeeping does an excellent job and the attention to detail really shows.nnOne thing I really appreciate is the 24/7 fitness center. Being able to work out any time—early mornings or late nights—makes travel much easier and helps keep a routine going.nnThe front desk staff have always been friendly, efficient, and easy to deal with. Whether arriving late or checking out early, the service is smooth and professional every time.nnOverall, Hotel Blackfoot continues to be one of the most dependable places to stay when I’m in Calgary. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and consistently good hotel experience.
