It was nice place to stay. Rooms were clean. We shared a 2 room suite. There was sliding doors out to a balcony over looking the pool and lobby. They have free continental breakfast. Close to water park and many other places you want to visit while you are in the Falls such as Hershey, Casino, great restaurants and things for kids to do.

Why the 3 star rating: we were 5 adults in 2 rooms Feb 28-Mar 2, 2018. No table in either room. Yes there was a desk. We brought a game board down to the eating area joining two other tables similarly used; this large open area was right in front of the reception desk, with the small pool on the other side. We had just set up to start playing and the desk clerk told us to go back to our rooms; it was 10 pm and he was shutting down the lights. This clerk even told folks on the indoor second floor balcony to go inside their room. Where was the 10 pm curfew posted? We were happy with the jacuzzi/fireplace room at a good rate but really missed having a small fridge and perhaps a microwave in the room. We would not return.

Pretty good overall! The hot tub is being removed, but the ads online when booking still say they have a hot tub, so that was mildly disappointing. However, I had a jacuzzi in my room, which was gr8 with an 8. Let me tell you. The room jacuzzi was nice size and shape, comfortably fit 2 people. The bed was extremely comfortable. I slept great. And the breakfast was pretty good; above average compared to most free hotel breakfasts I've been to. I enjoy the glass elevator 😎

Large room, very helpful staff, amazing lobby with swimming pool and best of all, it's only few steps away from the falls and the main street. I absolutely fell in love with this place. The breakfast was also very delicious and I enjoyed the waffles and eggs. Perfect place with a perfect price in a perfect location. 100/100. Absolutely recommended.

In need of renovations. Staff very friendly. Really loud after 1015pm. Staff calmed it down a little too late. The female staff that helped do breakfast was awesome. Very kind. We brought Chinese food and she brought plates and serviettes without us asking. Courtney at front desk a pleasure to deal with.
