The staff - helpful when I need it, friendly and welcoming. They let me browse when I want to. They provide attentive guidance when I need it. They support my choices and make positive and creative suggestions - this last visit I found a wonderful coat!
I come here usually to do returns for what I buy at Ricki's online. The selection of Ricki’s clothing is quite small but the staff is helpful. Once in a while, I find something I was looking for online but hadn’t yet bought. I don’t buy Cleo’s clothing as it doesn’t quite fit my aesthetic.
Was there yesterday. There was no one in the store, but I noticed both employees behind the cash counters. Suddenly both moved to the floor around where I was looking at clothes. Not ONE of them acknowledged my presence. Not a eye contact, hello, may I help you? NOTHING..it was like I was not even there. I thought, this is not the customer service I would expect from a company that wants business. So, guess what? I got my kids and we left. I will not give business to a company that doesn't understand how basic customer service skills is important.
Went to get winter coat. Found one .Burgundy lined coat. Warm. Great fit. Love Ricki's!!! Always finding clothes that I love.
Staff was so helpful and guided me to all the sale items. Wonderful ladies !
Love to go into this location, the Manager Dolly and Associates are very friendy and helpful and make you feel welcome.

Wouldn’t even give this place one star. The lady working at this location was yelling at all customers. I asked for help and all she would do is say “you know yourself better” or “read the tag and do the math”. This is completely unacceptable and beyond terrible customer service. All customers deserve to be treated with respect. If you are having a bad day, it’s understandable, but that’s not the customer’s fault. They lost a customer. Will never return. Avoid this location
I would like to take a moment and to post my feedback about this store, business, merchandise. Would like to impress my appreciation for your great help making Canadian women to look modern, sharp, feel comfortable. Friendly working staff in Scarborough store making feel us coming back to your store to buy the most fashionable outfit again and again. I won't deny that fact that I am your fan for almost five years and keep recommending your high quality garments to everyone whom I surrounded by. In fact all of my colleagues are your customers as well. Thank you guys again and Godd bless u all!
I will not shop with this brand any more This is the 2nd time I have had an issue returning an item. On Sunday morning at first opening, I came in to return a coat ordered 2. I placed the item on the counter when the Saleswoman woman removed the item from the bag and said .. Why you returning? It's a favorite! Told her why and then she says .. I can't return it because there is no receipt. I remove the receipt from the bag that is next to her and she proceeds with my return. Stops, looks at the coat , pushes it towards me say , no I can't return because there are no tags and pushes the coat towards me. I grab the coat and lift the arm to show the tags . At this point , I've had enough. I say to her. Why do you keep accusing me of the missing items when every thing is here. Says she's not and that it's too early in the morning to argue with me. Your company policy states No Sale Is Ever Final. Returns made without receipt will require photo id and a gift card will be issued. This is the second time the staff has never given me the option. The first time, I was missing the receipt although I had my online one as proof of date of purchase, I was denied any refund tags on item and now this, although I had all the required items. My return wasn't even a full week. I will never shop with you again. I'll stick with the Bay. I have been a long time customer. Since the Ricki's location at Scarborough Town but no more.
