Me and my friend had a bad experience from this store. It has been after a long wait that we got this milk because there was no one for help and support. It's normal to ring the bell for getting the milk from a lock shelf. No one has come for help and we waited a long time, We rang the bell more than 10 times and 2 other people were waiting to get the milk with a small child in his hug, so when one of the staff came and had rude behavior with the customers. Everyone was very nervous because of the rude behavior of the staff. I don't know how these people are being hired in such big shopping Centers if they are hiring inexperienced people they have to train and learn them how to behave with a customer. I suggest the management of the store to conduct training for their staff to treat people nicely.
Customer service is very lackadaisical here. To return or exchange items, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes even if you are the only one in line. Some staff members will move onto a different job while line-ups start to form. They love to create line-ups for absolutely no reason.nnAt least their prices and selection of goods are reasonable.
Middle of the road. Somewhat clean and organized, but only somewhat. Restrooms were a mess and not kept up well. Not broken, just not clean. Wouldn’t be a preferred stop.
There are absolutely no carts in the store by the entrance. That's because they are all outside and nobody is getting them to bring them in the store. Also, when they do bring them in, the carts are faced the other and its very difficult to put in a quarter to pull out the cart. Photo attached.nWalmart allows dogs in their store? Clearly that dog is not a service dog. Unbelievable!!!nnVisited this store again on April 16, 2023 at 9 am and I can not believe what I saw.nBananas were dumped on the table. Also at the self check out where you find chocolates, gums, and other small nick nack items, the shelves were a mess with all kinds items. I can't believe the shelves were a mess early in the morning where there aren't too many shoppers yet. I can understand if it was late afternoon or in the evening, but it was early morning.nCan this location make it any harder for customers to put in a quarter in the cart and pull it out? ThnSee for yourself. I have attached photos. No carts again in the store May 29, 2023. They only open one side of the register in the self serve checkout. According to staff they are only allowed to open 3 registers per associate to reduce theft. But ever since they have done this, the line up to checkout is painfully long even though the store is not even busy. Walmart has made this possible on account of customers waiting longer in line to checkout.nI have added 2 photos where you can see carts are being pushed through the front entrance. Last Friday, April 5th while I was standing inside the front entrance talking to a friend, I was hit by those carts. It's a good thing I had my shopping bags on the side of my body. I was startled and I asked why they are pushing those carts through the front entrance. The guy said I told you to move. Obviously I didn't hear him because I was talking to someone. The guy pushing through those carts back told me to go and complain to the manager. Very rude and impolite. I went back in and complained to the CSM. He said he will talk to him. I also told Gladys about it and she said that she will talk to the guy. After that incident at around 7 PM, I still see them pushing those carts through the front doors. There's a big door to the side of the entrance where they could put those carts back. Is Walmart waiting for someone to really get hurt when they use those front doors to put back the carts? There's a lot of kids that come in with their parents to the store. Thankfully I was not hurt. But perhaps next time the someone will get hurt. A child or an elderly person perhaps?
One of the guys at the self checkout was on the phone and proceeded to be on the phone while scanning items as I was paying with cash; this employee said he was a manager and knew how to do his job after I said to possibly use the scanner instead of hand typing codes as I didn’t know the scanner didn’t work, he then proceeded to give me the wrong amount of change I noticed when I got home. To have a “manager” claim to know how to multitask and do his job while helping customers, being rude to customers, and giving incorrect change to customers is just a display of this Walmart as a whole. Horrible customer service from this so called “manager” who failed to do his job and give me the correct amount of change and be diligent of what he was doing.
