Walmart Scarborough (W) Supercentre

The customer service center at this Walmart is extremely disorganized. Carts and counters are piled with random items, boxes, and empty water jugs, making the area look more like a storage room or trash pile than a place for customer support.nThere is no sense of cleanliness or professionalism. The workspace is cluttered and gives a very poor impression to anyone visiting for help. It feels like customer needs are not a priority and the staff don’t care about keeping the area tidy or welcoming. For such a large retail chain, this is really disappointing.nIf you want a pleasant customer service experience, avoid this Walmart location. Management really needs to pay attention and fix these issues for the benefit of their customers.

Whoever is in charge of the online delivery service at this Walmart should be fired immediately. I have a Walmart subscription and rely on shopping for all my groceries online. This is the nearest Walmart, yet every single order feels like a gamble.nnI shop 2–3 times a month, and never once have I received an order without issues. Delays, damaged items, terrible quality produce every single time. This is completely unacceptable.nnIf the team reads this, I seriously urge you to have a real discussion about your online service and start properly training your employees. Enough excuses. Fix this.

This is the worst Walmart in the entire city. I simply ordered on freaking photo to be printed. They were desperate in managing their customers. 20 people were waiting in line no one was even trying to help them. They were looking at customers like a dear in the headlights. They told me to come in one hour !!! to get my photo printed. I came back after an hour 30 minutes just to wait another 20 minutes in the cashier line and be told they forgot to print my photo and I have to wait another 20 minutes. When I reported this to the manager, same attitude was received. She called someone to do my work fast that’s all I got instead of apology. And I still had to wait 30 minutes to get my photo. Total of 2 hours of time for 1 photo… unbelievably frustrating and outrageous!!!!nJust flat out disrespect and mismanagement!nWhen they put bunch of rookies to do things like this and the manager doesn’t even know the Canadian style of dealing with a customer you can’t expect more! We have to expect this from our country going forward…

Went shopping as usual got 3 of the deli meats as there was a deal going on as you can see in the photos. Instantly realized we got charged for all separately so I showed the woman working at the cash register #9 today at 4:10pm that we got charged for all individually. She said it was supposed to be all the same brand which it doesn’t say so we scanned 3 of the same to check and it didn’t come up. She told me to take a picture of the deal because she didn’t believe me. I came back with the photos and she told me I have to go to customer service. Which had a crazy long line. I asked for a manager multiple times as I’m not waiting in a 30+ minute line for Walmarts problem. And she refused to get a manager for me.

I LOVE this walmart! As a tourist, I had a wonderful shopping experience at Walmart thanks to Nica in the produce section. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient in explaining different fruits and vegetables to me. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made me feel very welcome.nnWhat truly stood out was her positive attitude and willingness to help. As a tourist, it can sometimes feel overwhelming shopping in a new country, but Nica made the experience easy, welcoming, and enjoyable. Her excellent customer service reflects very well on Walmart.nnThank you, Nica, i truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism and for making my visit so pleasant!
