Pretty busy Winners but big with plenty of stuff to get lost in, my toddler had an hour nap here while I browsed. Good clearance schedule, big line ups, not sure if normal for this store or just busy because after holidays sales. I’d definitely check this out again another time.

I love shopping here as there’s usually a great selection of clothing/makeup/home goods.nnI went to use their customer washroom and couldn’t believe the state it is kept in. It smelled so terrible, the floor was gross, and the big sanitary bins in each stall were well overflowing, causing garbage to be everywhere. I hope this isn’t the usual state, and was just a one-off for this location.

My first time visiting this Winners location. I am not sure if management is doing their job properly as the state of the washroom is just in a terrible mess. The store wasn't even particularly busy that day I visited, but as you can see in the video, it's so dirty and you can tell that it has not been maintained. It's dirty everywhere and even the toilet paper holders are either non-existent, or in pieces on the floor. At the same time the men's washroom was closed down, and not available to customers. I really hope an improvement will be made soon.

My mom had an amazing experience with Bettyann. She is an angel send. She was super sweet and went above and beyond for my mom her being a senior it's difficult to do any day to day activity and assisted her in the changing rooms. She is super sweet and a great asset to the company. Thank you Bettyann! She appreciate you

I had an awesome experience with Caitlin while shopping for clothes. She was super friendly and really took the time to help me find what I needed. Her positive vibe made the whole experience fun, and I left feeling really good about my purchases. Caitlin definitely made my shopping trip a lot better!
