Winners

I bought a facial razor from this winners yesterday June 8th/24.nI just went to open it to use it today, just as I was about to use it on my face I see little hairs on it! Disgusting. Don't go here it's clearly a employee doing this or they are accepting returns on products that should not be resold.nnI will not be shopping here again and don't recommend.

I had brought a shirt for my dad as it was for a birthday, the shirt was good. Particularly at this location the collection is little low when compared to other winners. And we need to search and spend time nearly 1 hour to get a good looking shirt or a T-shirt.nOverall, I can say that it’s not a very worst place or a bad collection. There is nothing new that catches our eye when we are in shopping.

Visited this store today on July 14, 2024 around 11.40 a.m. while making my payment for merchandise at cashier number 1, the lady was very rude to me and threw the receipt at me instead of handing it to me properly. I think Winners is well known Canadian Store and I would recommend the management to introduce a wellness program for their employees, so that they are in a positive mood while interacting with their customers and gentle to them. I think I am not asking too much, as employees attitude matters too beside good deals at the store.

I have nothing against their products here but customer service. Vanita/Wanita worst manager I have ever encountered well she never showed up so technically can’t say encountered . One of their products did not have any tags at all could have just walked out with it but morals we asked a boy at cashier 9 to let us know the price for this and since their was no tag he requested vanita to come down for customer assistance. We kept on waiting and she did not show up. The boy was nice and apologized for the delay. At one point it just got awkward as she wouldn’t show up after repeated announcements from him for her to come and help us out. He then requested his colleagues to call on intercom aswell, two other cashiers requested for her to show up and still she didn’t help us. It was getting embarrassing as I was just standing by him for a while, so he went in with the product to get the price. He came back with a price and hold onto the product so that we can finish all our purchase and line up for checkout. When we finally reached one of the cashier, the boy was not there but he left the product with my name on it. I told the cashier that this product was on hold for me. She asked us what price was told and we told her that but now her fellow cashiers were like no this is pricier than that. So I asked her to call the boy, once he arrived they took him aside and came to us to apologize saying he made a mistake. Now making the mistake is fine but when we waited all this time for a price on it none of these cashiers seemed to know and the manager wouldn’t show up. When I am about to finalize the purchase all of a sudden they seem to know the price. Absurd!!!

Lots of selection, but when I went their debit machines were not working. Thankfully I had cash but the line was CRAZY. Only 1 person was check people out making it like a 10 minute wait. I feel this in unreasonably considering how long the line was. As a past winners employee I know that every til should have cash. Yet they only had 1 out of 9 running. I did walk out with what I wanted though. However the wait was annoying.
