Gap Outlet

(2.5 stars) Friendly staff. Good location. Minus 1 stars for lack of store organization. Finding an item can be extremely difficult, given that clothes seem to be strewn around the store haphazardly, despite the staff's best efforts. Minus 1.5 stars for the quality of the clothes. I'm sure it's possible to find an item that is of similar quality to a regular Gap store, but in my experience, the clothes found at the outlet are "seconds" - items that wouldn't pass inspection to make it at a regular store. Pay extra attention to the construction of the items - check the stitching and examine the fabric for holes and pulls. Also, try everything on before you purchase - sizing can be inconsistent. All in all, I would rather get a heavily discounted item from the regular store than purchase at the outlet.

I would give them 0 if it was an option. I went to the store tonight to return an item that recived as a gift. I had to wait ( there was no line) for 10 mins before their cashier noticed me there. All their employees were walking around pretending they are busy when there were about 5 customer in total in the store. The worst customer service ever. They need a store manager who understands customer service.

Can never find good clothes here. Also very loud club music playing, always. Very intrusive and you just want to get out as soon as you walk in.

1. Friendly and helpful staff 2. Short staffed with only two cashiers cashing out customers, so the check out line was moving very slow, we waited about ten minutes. 3. The cashier was kind enough to explain to me that they did not expect it to be so busy on a Tuesday. She also offered me a 15% discount if I liked their facebook page which I wasn't able to access right away but she said it was all good.
