My wife loves this location. Not busy and they sometimes have great deals and the staff is very friendly and helpful without being pushy or annoying. The checkout is quick and they don't try and push options on you like most places. Overall great location and good deals can be found. Most items are unreasonably priced at regular price as it's harder to find larger clothes in say, Walmart. The markups on clothes because of the sizes aren't in line with the "extra material" used. 1-2 sizes more because a women is larger shouldn't mean double the price of a regular store but I digress... The sale items are a good price at times and the clothing is well made and comfortable according to my wife

I love the clothes here. Unfortunately, it is usually pricier than I can afford, but thanks to the mailing list I know when there is a sale. When there is a sale it is usually a really good sale! Plus size ladies, once you buy a bra and underwear from here you'll never be able to go back to any other store!

Friendly staff, but they definitely cater more towards older women who appear to have a higher income. Not very helpful to my friend and I in our 20s, as well as another woman who was very large. The Penningtons location at Dufferin Mall has much friendlier, more helpful staff.

This store and it's staff are amazing!!! Great sales, style and selection but the welcoming staff is what makes Penningtons this Trans Woman's #1 spot to spend my fashion dollar.
