The absolute worst customer service, from all levels of staff. The manager/Devon removed a sign and attempted to blame children for moving the sign and clothes. And the woman at the cash seen here, who refused to give her name went all in saying that “staff know better, they know the rules”!!! Absolutely disgusting.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service at the cashier was poor and frustrating.nnI returned three items, but I was only refunded for two. The cashier mistakenly added the third item as a new purchase instead of processing it as a return, which reduced my total refund and resulted in me receiving only a partial refund.nnAfter reviewing my receipt, I went back to the store to clarify the issue. Unfortunately, the cashier insisted she had done everything correctly and repeatedly told me I was wrong. I expected the manager to resolve the situation, but she also immediately assumed I was at fault, claiming that a hoodie purchase was the reason for the deduction — which was incorrect.nnIt was only after a second manager/supervisor stepped in that the mistake was properly reviewed and resolved. She was helpful and able to quickly identify the error.nnIt’s disappointing that both the cashier and the first manager were so quick to dismiss my concern without carefully checking the receipt. This situation could have been resolved much more professionally with better attention and customer service.

Recently visited this location. I had three transactions to be completed. The last one a little time consuming. The lady that helped me was very friendly, professional and helpful. I found out her name was Tricia.nShe was calm and polite with a smile that made me smile. Thank You Tricia!

This clean, soacious, well organized store is very welcoming. It certainly has a great location advantage. Like other Old Navy locations, this store has a very good collection of casual dresses for all ages and shapes for affordable prices. They always have good deals and promo - always good value for dollar. They can also boost their hassle free return policies. Stuffs are friendly and helpful. This location also has plenty of parking space.

I love being able to go to the standalone store to shop because malls are just not the plave to be right now. This Old Navy is a very big store and they have a good selection of sale items in the store also. I personally find it to be better stocked that the STC location.
