Moores Clothing for Men

I went to this so-called Moore twice! Because it seems that they are the ones who take care of men's clothing. There is a strong announcement on the sale of Calvin Klein brand jackets. Certainly you have to be very careful on this point. In short, it is false and archie false. This thing called Moore is a big joke! Very disappointing because when I get to the so-called Moore's, he brings me their hidden version telling me that Calvin Klein jackets are not for sale at all and they even try to make fun of me and really and they are not at all able to reduce the sleeves of a jacket. It should close instead of advertising fillers to attract public attention. WORST!!!!!!!!

Very unusual and poor service. The appointment began with their employees discussing which one of them should take our appointment( right infront of us). The employee who spoke to us seemed so underwhelmed and unenthused while they discussed features and styles. Brutal.

It was a quiet night middle of the week and I was looking for a new suit for an upcoming conference. I normally go to Korry's, but I was put off by the gouge and the pretense. I'm in IT so I don't need the top of the line stuff they force on you there. The salesman John and I had a discussion about needs and budget and then went to work. He was patient and thorough making sure everything was liked and fit properly. No pressure or up sell just listening and providing options. To be honest I didn't have high expectations, but they were more than exceeded. More about a decent sales person than the brand itself, but it should still reflect well on Moores.

This location did not even deserve 1 star! Went for my husband's tuxedo fitting twice. Twice they messed up the order! Finally picked up the suit (thinking that no company this reputed would screw up 3 times!) but i guess i was wrong.... i am now 600 km away with a suit that is not only dirty but way too small! I immediately called the store only to get the rudest sales lady telling me that there was nothing she can do and immediately puts me on hold so she can hide behind her manager! The man is somewhat nicer and trying to help me, however, i practically had to do the job for him, going on google and trying to find the closest moores to my hotel. All in all, this is the worst place EVER, go at your own risk. If you don't mind getting the worst service, having to go back many times for fitting and even then getting a suit that makes you look ridiculous, then this is the place for you. I hope this is a one location only... because if that is the service you get, they won't stay in business for long!
