I came in the store with situation and approached the counter..I had bought a pair of safety shoes on January 2025 and in about 6-8 months of usage, both shoes started to rip and tear at the same time and place ..was very upset due the price of this and the short term this shoes lasted ..I explained to the staff and they were all willing to help out unfortunately my warranty had expired.. I want to thank Jamie and her team for their service support and help .. I was very impressed happy and overwhelmed with the results I had received.. you guys deserve a five star and keep up the awesome work !!
Been there for a couple of times in the past year , bought a dakota workshop series shoes, I spent 150$ plus tax, lasted not even 7 months as you see in pictures, and started breaking up. not used for workAlso bought an aggressor rubber boots which I used them occasionally and they already started getting water in.nAbsolutely disappointed and disgusted!nI was even thinking taking the pair to the store, and just drop it there.nI m not looking for neither refund or replacement, but never again at Marks warehouse!
I appreciate Kelly’s kind service! I start work next week and was happy to find a pair of boots in my size. It was the last pair on display. She went the extra mile to check whether a discount was possible. Although the manager declined, I still received a $15 discount in the end. The Canadian Tire Triangle points were also a nice bonus. Kelly was very thoughtful and even put a thank-you sticker on the receipt, which I really appreciated. The whole experience meant a lot. Thank you to all the staff who helped me find the boots I was looking for!
I wish there was a zero rating. I came here a couple of days ago and I had a very disappointing experience at this store. While looking for t shirt an older lady with grey hair named Susan according to her tag was extremely rude she rolled her eyes at me and was unwilling to help. Her behavior felt discriminatory and unprofessional, and I also saw her being rude to other employees and customers as well not only me. She was extremely racist and miserable. At checkout, the cashier was also very rude and not so friendly . Overall, the customer service was poor from start to finish. I will not be returning to this store. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
Had a great experience at the store, walked in looking for a very specific pair pants. The employees at the store were extremely helpful, it was a really niche pair so it took longer than so I was super grateful when they actually found it for me. Thanks to everyone who helped I’ll definitely be coming back soon
