Kind of unprofessional staff or owner I’ve met here. Clothe is good somehow but I really don’t appreciate the customer service. They have dirty trial dress in their trail room.

Great selection, but i miss sales people helping when needed was there for about an hour and no one to help or at least to ask.

We've bought clothing here for several events over the years, went in to get clothing for our wedding for my husband and sons and walked out after talking to the very rude staff. Not helpful. Not friendly. Not welcoming. We went to spend a lot of money, got great service at Moores. Will never bother to go back to this place again

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service!!!!! Spend your time and money elsewhere. I was here on Thursday and there was a young girl and older guy working. They did not help me with ANYTHING!! They were more interested in the guy who looked like he had money rather than me... funny story is that the guys card ended up declining so he didnt purchase an single thing. I had to walk up and down the store looking for things myself. I would ask the guy for something and he said " we dont have" and walk away not even trying to give me a suggestions..i had to basically figure it out. The only thing that was said to me was "we're closing in 5 minutes" and from the other end of the store. I needed to purchase 10 suits but I'll take my time and money somewhere else.

Good quality clothing at an affordable price. I bought a jacket a few weeks ago and looks great and got a bargain for it. I’m currently wearing it every day but notice some of the sewing is falling apart. You are sacrificing built quality for their cheaper prices. I do have to say the coat feels like a great quality jacket that keeps me extremely warm. Would recommend to anyone on a budget and needs something stylish. Might only last a few seasons but for a fraction of the price of high quality brands you can’t beat it.

Not the best quality garments but still good for casual use

Went to get a suit for my moms funeral and was met with nothing but unprofessional workers two ladies was in the store on the 26/11/2021 and one of the lady kept following me even though I told her I didn’t need help. Ask a question all I got was rolled eyes one of the lady claim to be the manger when I ask for the owner because I always go to the store to buy my suits. The prices are right but if your a black man don’t go in the store without someone to accompany you, because you will feel unwelcome

‼‼ATTENTION‼‼TO ALL CUSTOMERS ARE COMING HERE ON THIS STORE, CAREFUL THIS STORE, THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER RUDE ESPECIALLY THE OLD GUY.based on our experiences, we go there to check some suits for formal events,THAT OLD GUY UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE look us, up and down, and UNDERESTIMATED US, says: You cannot be fit on this and that, HE NEED TO BE NICE,A GOOD MANNERS,AND ACCOMMODATING TO THE CUSTOMERS , NEED A GOOD CUSTOMER TRAINING AGAIN we are serious buyers, HE JUST SCREAMING, HE THINKS HE OWN THE PLACE.we just ask for a help for fitting and HE BODY SHAME US, and we are welling to buy 2 or more suits but for that ‼BEING SUPER RUDE AND ASIAN RASICM‼NEVER STEPPING ON THIS STORE AGAIN FOR THAT TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE.THAT OLD UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE HE NEED TO PUT HIS SELF, on his own self to HELP THE CUSTOMERS, NOT TO JUDGE “let the customers buy and fit there own choice of fitting and style” THE OLD GUY UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE JUDGE ACCORDING TO HIS STYLE NOT FOR THE CUSTOMERS CHOICE..if only I can give ZERO STAR…TO BE HONEST ITS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Good selection of suits but the tailor recommended the worst fitting suit in the store without giving any other options. It felt like he needed to sell that specific suit. I eventually found what I wanted on my own and I'm very pleased with the suit I purchased Selection was good but the tailor ruined the experience for me. Prices are amazing. Deffinetly worth the drive. I drove just over an hour in a truck and even after paying gas I saved money compared to other large suit stores I looked at

Asked the old guy to help me find a suit. He didn’t even ask for my size or offer to help me find anything. Just told me that they won’t have anything In my size. Was ridiculously rude. Was completely unnecessary…
