I received my new 2026 Sienna from Toyota Scarborough, and unfortunately, I encountered a problem with the driver’s side rear door from day one.nI informed the team at delivery, and they told me it was “normal.” I also spoke with the manager, who said the solution is to book a service appointment from day one.nMy experience with the salesperson, Vijay, was very poor; he is rude and has not responded to any inquiries after the sale.nOverall, my buying experience was unsatisfactory, and it has now been 15 days with no proper resolution.nI hope Toyota management improves their after-sales service and addresses customer issues promptly.

I bought a Prius C from Lito Santiago in 2014. The experience was amazing. So when I was thinking about getting a new ride I went back to Scarborough Toyota to see if Lito was still working there. When I found out he was I knew I would be walking out with a new car by the end of the appointment with him. Sure enough Lito, Anish the sales manager, and Zara the finance manager made sure I walked out a few hours later confident I got the perfect vehicle at the best deal. They had my new Prius ready for pick up the end of the same week. Ali did a great job explaining how the car’s new bells and whistles work. Zara completed the paperwork for me. Anish came out to make sure I was happy with the overall experience. And Lito made sure to connect me with the service manager as well to re-familiarize myself with all the after-sales care they have to offer. I really enjoyed working with the Scarborough Toyota team. I feel valued as a customer. I cannot recommend Lito as a first point of contact enough. If you are looking for a Toyota - you should make these guys your first and last stop.
