Mark Banaag is THE BEST!!! Two weeks ago we met Mark Banaag to test drive a used Toyota Sienna from Scarborough Toyota. We were immediately welcomed by Mark’s beaming smile and enthusiasm. After our test drive we were very pleased with the vehicle, and definitely considering purchasing it. Mark listened to our wishes and we discussed purchasing procedures and got a quote. The entire process was smooth and comfortable and we did not feel pressured into a sale. We needed time to make our final decision, and when we didn’t conclude the deal on that day there was no additional pressure from Mark. He wanted us to be sure of our decision, and allowed us time to process our next step. We walked away from our test drive and our experience with Mark totally impressed by the service we received. This was totally different from the last time we bought a car where we felt pressured to buy and not walk away. While we had said that we wanted to “sleep on it,”within the 20 minute drive home we had already made up our minds. We called Mark back and he made it all happen.
