Worst customer service experience. Lady at the front tried to help us but manager literally took 30 mins to override the transaction

My recent visit to the CIBC branch at North Park and McKay in Brampton was excellent. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The branch manager, Girija, was approachable and knowledgeable, addressing my concerns promptly. Teller services were efficient, even during busy times. Overall, a standout branch for anyone seeking a positive banking experience.

ATMs only seem to be open on weekdays and when the banks open completely useless bank I can see why less people come to this location and seeing as how there's no more CIBC banks open 24 hours in Brampton I think it's time to switch banking as well

Worst CIBC I’ve ever been to, there wasn’t a manager for months and the new manager has no idea how to handle an unhappy customer or offer solutions. Horrible bank, they sent me the wrong credit card and then offered no solution… there’s only 1 teller 90% of the time, at this point they should shut this location down considering all the bad reviews and incompetent employees.

The branch manager GIRJA.She is the best Bank manager i have ever seen.Best wishes for her.
