CIBC Branch & ATM

I went to Branch & I had a great experience. When I went there first time after I moved in Brampton & one of the teller connected me with Mr. Tusharkumar Thakar who helped me a lot for my personal account & line of credit account. He helped my other family members who landed new to this country to open their personal account. I am fully satisfied with this Branch & their customer service.

Ive had a bad experience with this branch! Customer service needs to be better! & there needs to be more tellers working! The staff needs to listen to what the customer needs instead of doing their own thing with customers debit cards/money!

I went to branch few times ago.I met Mr. Tusharkumar Thaker . He help me a lot for my mortgage and line of credit . Excellent service was provided by Mr. Tusharkumar Thaker . I then refer my relative to open account and again Mr . Tusharkumar Thaker help her very nicely to open account . Explained nicely all benefits of account . Great branch and great Cxs service.

Worst customer service. Especially Tusharkumar Thakar. I went in to open up a preapproved line of credit should be super simple right. Not for him first he made me wait 30mins before serving me then he told me yes I'll open it right away. Later he found out he could not.... Told me the next day he'll open it and give me a call. Next day I call him at 1 he said sorry I just started at 11 and I'll look into this. So I guess people start at 11 socialize and do nothing until 1...was confused so I said okay. At 5 I called him to find out that he is still working on it. After he calls me and tells me it won't be done till next day... Super annoying. Not professional at all. Do yourself a favor and get a different agent if you have him.

Worst CIBC Bank to go for withdrawal or deposit, I went there ( at 4.55 i entered and came out at 5.45) for withdrawal yesterday and it took 45 minutes in line for withdrawal , YES 45 MINUTES. and More worst is that before me in Que was just 6-7 people. DONT EVER GO THERE.
