Olena (Helen) Sukhotska is a very friendly, helpful and courteous representative. She treats your accounts as her own and offers very helpful tips on day to day banking, savings, investments, etc. I would definitely recommend that you go to this branch to have a great service provided by her.

Service is way too slow. Tellers chit chat too much. Even when theres a line up.

This morning, I popped in to this branch to deposit some cash. The bank officials definitely know that Mondays are always busy, but there were only two Tellers to deal with individual clients and one Teller at the Business counter to deal with businesses. At about 10:15am, there were about 10 people in line and was taking too long. I heard a customer at one of the two Tellers enquiring the shortage of staff. To manage the customer, the Teller replied that one more Teller took off and you know people don't show up due to weather condition et cetera (unfortunately, that was wrong reply as this (Monday) morning weather was too good for anyone to bunk from office). This is not the first time that I experienced. It always happens and they operate the bank with skeleton staff even on busy Monday morning. Since it was taking long, I left the bank without depositing the cash. They should definitely improve their operation!!!
