The Service and Speed is very bad.  The customer service is nothing.  They Don't know much about it.  Need more training.

Worst experience ever! Wanted to cash an SBI cheque but instead the cheque was thrown to my face and was told they dont deal with Indian currency. This cheque was from SBI but i dont understand why they dont accept their own cheques?!?!

I had a low opinion about this branch, recent transactions and visit to branch changed my mind and opinion. New  Branch Manger Rautray  has brought changes in the functioning of the bank.
Emails are being replied plus the phone calls are attended to .
IN short, a lot of improvement as compared to the past.
