Amazing, amazing, amazing. Amazing soup broths, amazing quality meats, amazing sauce bar ACTUAL grated garlic, some use Kirkland garlic and it has no taste, amazing menu. We actually stumbled upon this restaurant over the weekend at 1:30am, their last call is at 1:55am, they close at 3am. Bless their souls. I was really craving hot pot on Saturday and it was a wonderful find. The servers were attentive, but the one server would come to us, say one thing, then the other server would come 2 min later and repeat the same thing again. I get that they’re were being super kind, it was really appreciated but also, I think for have only 2 tables at 2am, it’s okay to only have one server : I’m actually not sure how expensive this place was, my man paid. But I’m assuming ~$50/person? Not only was the quality of this restaurant great, their interior is so breathtaking. There’s so much details and small additions that just ties everything together.
Food here is good. The place is clean. Decent service. The snow Mango drink was delicious. The only complaint I have was when we ordered hot green tea; it wasn't hot at all. When we order Udon noodles, they give you one square cut into two pieces, and there were 6 of us regardless of what we entered for the order. It is hard to find outdoor parking but the restaurant comp you for underground park and that was a pleasant surprise.
First time doing all you can eat hotpot left a positive experience for me to remember. The waiters were super patient when explaining to my mom how to electronically place an order for hotpot. Their menus are on QR codes so there is not Chinese and English versions for you to read over. They had a lot of choices on red meat and vegetables. You do have to pick a soup base on top of the AYCE price. But it is worth trying!
Great dining experience here! The inner decoration just incredible and super convenient just tap on your phone to order what you want and all you can eat! The dishes are very good proportions and delicate
To start off, they offer 10% cash discount and if you go with a party of 4, 1 person eats for free! If you've parked in the parking lot upstairs, they'll provide you with a little voucher for 4 hours free parking which was such a pleasant surprise! I came for hotpot and this place did not disappoint. Service was exceptional! Servers were really quick and attentive. They'll come by and offer you more complimentary soup refills here and there. Not to mention, I really like the ancient Chinese style interior. AYCE price was $35.99 on the weekend + your choice of soup base. We got the House Specialty Bone $10.95 and also 3D Cartoon Hotpot $25.95. If you're sharing the soup base, the price will be divided by the amount of people in your party. 3D Cartoon was thick and super spicy, just your typical Szechuan numbing kinda spicy. There's a lot of options to choose from. It's not often you'll find frog legs offered on a menu! I like that there's a counter designated for making your own dipping sauces too!
The renovation is good as it is grand and has a taste of ancient China. However the meat is not fresh, u can see the dark color on the edge of the meat. There are some small insects on the source table. U won't notice them until u touch the things on the table....they fly around. WE have complained to the servers, they told me that we are not the only one to complain for that and walk away....The soup base is not tasty.....we go there because 4 people and 1 for free promotion. However, I have to run for the washroom for the whole night and day....so, please don't go.
The interior was very Chinese oriental style, the furniture and utensils were quite detail-oriented. The place was spacious, which provided a good ambience for both group party and intimate dining. Food was OK. There were some meat items that were great, some were so-so. One I think was beef which was thick-cut and hard to chew, squid wasn't recommended either. We went for the Yin-Yang hot pot, and the spicy side was really the authentic Sichuan type of numbing spicy, so spicy food lovers be aware. Service was nice, the waitress moved the chair for us and explained the order process patiently. Price was reasonable, a bit on the pricy side but wasn't ridiculous.
A decent place for hot pot all you can eat. They have a great variety of food and drinks. Food quality was above average. Price was decent. Environment is good.
The design of the restaurant is very pretty and elegant. Love the architecture of the place. The detailing of the hot pot is beautiful and also they have many different foods for hot pot I have never had in other places. I would dine in again with friends or family Remember to get the restaurant to validate your parking ticket so you don't have to pay when you exit the parking garage.
1 star for the nice decorations and 1 star for a nice female staff with smile with her service. Food varieties are less than average hotpot AYCE, I don’t like the way they put charging items mixed with regular item. They can just create a separate column. Food taste is not that bad, but the price is higher than it worths to be. It is a big place, we came at 6pm with around 5 tables around, there were plenty of staff, walking, talking I understand it is new open, so maybe not everything is well trained and maintained. We had a hard time finding someone to refill the broth water for us, it almost boiled to bottom lol. Overall, umm not recommend.
