Jinzhou Northern Barbecue

Wow this is by far my favourite chinese restaurant! The skewers are just absolutely delicious and you can really taste the smokiness from the charcoal. Everything is reasonably priced and their top dishes include lamb, beef skewers, guo bao rou, skewered chicken wings, hot fish soup and even the cold dishes are amazing! Highly recommend!!

Overall, positive experience: Taste is the same as in China a bit salty. Service is ok, stuff is very polite and shy.

Efficient. Food is pretty decent and value compared to other overpriced skewer places. Service is what it is, I didn't come here for Michelin or even talk to them, some people need to chill it's a skewer place...

I thought it was pretty good, and not just because it's the food of my "hometown". But some puzzling choices for ingredients on the cooked dishes. Overall almost all the BBQ items were good quality or above standouts for me were the scallops, chicken wings/crispy bones and lamb skewers. Not too expensive either. For dessert try the sugar coated sweet potatoes.

I guess there is no better place if you would like to try some authentic northern Chinese style BBQ. Everything is well-flavoured, well-cooked and served promptly for the best taste possible. However, the metal chairs are so uncomfortable to sit on and AC is blasting to an extremely low temperature. I know getting customers in & out as quickly as possible is key to a successful restaurant business, but this is taking it a step too far in my opinion.

Must try the grilled scallops. A bit of a wait for tables, but once you are seated service was very speedy!

Very tasty Chinese BBQ skewers and they recently got LLBO license. I fully enjoyed the experience! They recently added Northeastern style stews that also suites my taste.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Literally watching people yell and scream to get the servers attention. Took 1 hour to order take out. Other then that the food was pretty good and tasty. Service unbelievably trash
